Where is my order confirmation email?

If you’ve completed checkout but don’t see a confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If found there, mark the message as Not Spam to ensure future emails are delivered correctly.

What does Rebel Fitness sell?

Rebel Fitness supplies high-purity research peptides and amino-acid–based compounds intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. Our products are not approved for human or animal use and are not classified or marketed as FDA-approved drugs, supplements, or medical treatments.

Was my payment processed?

After submitting payment details through our secure Payment Authorization Form, each transaction is manually reviewed by our accounting team. Payments are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, excluding bank holidays.

Because payments are reviewed individually, short processing delays may occur—particularly during high-volume periods. Once processing is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking information.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing. Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) includes:

  • Lot and batch identification

  • Compound identity verification

  • Purity analysis

  • Net content confirmation

  • Endotoxin testing results

Only batches that meet strict research-grade specifications are released for sale.

What are endotoxins, and why test for them?

Endotoxins are bacterial byproducts that can interfere with experimental outcomes—even at extremely low concentrations. Rebel Fitness tests every batch for endotoxins to ensure consistent, reliable results across research applications.

How do products arrive?

All compounds are supplied in sterile, freeze-dried (lyophilized) form and sealed in research-grade vials. Reconstitution, if required, should be performed according to your institution’s internal laboratory protocols.

Are your products safe?

All Rebel Fitness products are intended strictly for controlled laboratory research. They are not FDA-approved and are not intended for human or veterinary use under any circumstances.

Ordering & Account Requirements:

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. Creating an account confirms that you are 21 years of age or older, purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and legally authorized to handle these materials within your jurisdiction.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Rebel Fitness.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. Payments are handled using PCI-compliant, tokenized systems for maximum security.

After checkout, completion of our Secure Payment Authorization Form is required. Orders are not processed or shipped until authorization is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders placed and fully paid before 3:00 PM Eastern (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as promotions or holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders ship via UPS (Ground, 2-Day, or Express). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may use USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery.

Shipping rates start at $10. Orders over $150 qualify for free UPS 2-Day shipping. All shipments include full insurance at no additional cost.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

If a shipment is delayed more than 3 business days or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at su*****@**********ss.com within 7 business days of the issue.

Each order includes one-time replacement insurance. Abuse of this policy may result in account restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the sterile and research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Storage & COAs

How should I store my peptides?

  • Lyophilized (dry) compounds: Store in a cool, dry location away from light

  • Long-term storage: Freeze at −4°F (−20°C)

  • After reconstitution: Refrigerate at 36–46°F (2–8°C) and use according to your research protocol

Where can I find the COA for my product?

Certificates of Analysis are available on each product page and within our Lab Results library, which includes purchase date ranges for each batch.

Vials do not contain printed lot numbers. To locate the correct COA, reference the batch date range tied to your purchase or check the product page for the current batch documentation.
