Shipping Information
Order Processing
At Rebel Fitness, we make every effort to process and ship orders within one business day or less. Orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on observed holidays will be processed the following business day.
Please allow additional processing time during periods of high order volume, inclement weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
How Are Orders Shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS, with Ground, 2-Day, or Express delivery options available at checkout.
Orders over $150 qualify for free UPS 2-Day shipping.
Every shipment includes full insurance at no additional cost, providing coverage in the event a package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available during checkout. Please note that expedited shipping affects carrier delivery speed only and does not accelerate internal order processing times.
When Will My Tracking Number Be Available?
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Tracking & Delivery
Carrier delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Rebel Fitness is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off and is in transit.
Shipping Issues & Insurance Claims
All orders include shipping insurance. If your package is:

Or shows no tracking updates for more than 3 business days
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the delivery exception) at in**@**********ss.com.
Requests submitted outside of this 7-day window may not be eligible for assistance.
Returns & Restrictions
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the research-use nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted.
In the event of a verified pricing or processing error, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Rebel Fitness ships within the United States only. We do not ship to:
