AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebel Fitness, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Rebel Fitness website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Rebel Fitness is a U.S.-based distributor of research-use-only (RUO) peptides and related compounds. All products sold through this Site are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Products offered are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use. Rebel Fitness does not endorse or permit personal use of any product.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Rebel Fitness reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site, user accounts, or purchasing privileges at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to situations involving:

  • Violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or Legal Disclaimer

  • Misrepresentation of identity, age, or intent

  • Suspected fraud or unlawful activity

  • Conduct deemed harmful to the Company or its operations

The Site is privately owned, and Rebel Fitness is under no obligation to provide notice or justification for termination.

PURCHASES & PAYMENT

We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Secure Payment Authorization

To ensure PCI compliance, Rebel Fitness utilizes a secure third-party Payment Authorization Form. We do not store full cardholder data on our servers. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment authorization is successfully completed.

Orders not authorized within 24 hours may be canceled and inventory released.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All purchases are final. Due to the nature of research-use materials, we do not permit returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstance.

By completing payment, you authorize the transaction and waive the right to dispute charges once shipment is confirmed. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full documentation.

Exceptions are limited to verified billing errors and must be reported to in**@**********ss.com within 24 hours.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to misuse the Site, engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Site operations.

USER CONTENT & SUBMISSIONS

Any content or feedback submitted becomes the property of Rebel Fitness. We may use such content without compensation or attribution.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor Site activity, restrict access, and take legal action to protect our rights and users.

MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice and are not liable for any resulting downtime.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Site.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Rebel Fitness harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SMS CONSENT

By providing contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications, including SMS messages for transactional and, where permitted, marketing purposes. You may opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to make a purchase.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California residents may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs regarding unresolved complaints.
